Yeamans Hall Center

Shopping Center  |  Hanahan, S.C.

A newly-positioned shopping center, Yeamans Hall is the start of an emerging Hanahan Town Center. Draw tenants include a newly-renovated Piggly Wiggly and La Tapatia. The center is also a restaurant destination, featuring the Kooben Cafe, an authentic Mexican coffee shop; Jonny's Garage, an eclectic bar and grill; and Cane Pazzo, a European-influenced bistro that serves mediterranean classics.

Fassitt Road

Just 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Charleston, Fassitt is a 7-acre project that will include new construction single family homes for sale. Each home will be elevated with drive-under parking and have four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Montague Corners

Montague Corners is a retail shopping center located at 5060 Dorchester Road that has undergone extensive renovations. It is located at one of the most prominent intersections in North Charleston, catering to area residents and a substantial daytime population from nearby businesses, including Boeing, Bosch, North Charleston City Hall, Charleston County Office Complex, Faber Place Office Park, and many others.

Windsor Hill

Windsor Hill is a centrally-located flex space center on a retail corridor: Ashley Phosphate and Windsor Hill Boulevard. The property features drive-in loading dock access, three phase power, and roll-up garage doors.

Just steps away from Trident Technical College's campus with frontage along Rivers Avenue, this property will feature two food destinations: a NY-style bagel shop and lunch stop. The two restaurants will share an outdoor patio area for students, staff and locals to study and meet.

Jonny's Garage

Located on Yeamans Hall Road and just a few steps from Hanahan City Hall, this former gas station has undergone a detailed design process to become a unique bar and restaurant with a large outdoor patio area. The restaurant is a joint venture between two local restaurant owners who collectively own and operate more than 15 restaurants in the Charleston area.

St. John’s Square is a new multi-tenant development at the corner of Maybank Highway and St. Johns Woods Parkway. The site features approximately 34,400 square feet of Retail and Office space. Tenants include Lowdown Oven and Bar, Anytime Fitness, Weezy’s Ice Cream, The Nail Place and Equal Parts Liquor Store. ​ The property has approximately 379 feet of frontage on Maybank Highway and approximately 499 feet of frontage on St Johns Woods Parkway.
