RICK PENNOYER
For almost 30 years, Rick has helped businesses and government clients design, build, renovate, expand, and manage their business work spaces. During this time, Rick has led hundreds of construction and development projects in almost all major US cities and in more than 35 states.
BRENT CASE
Brent Case has more than 32 years in commercial real estate and more than two decades developing, brokering and managing commercial projects in Charleston, S.C. He is also president of Charleston's largest commercial real estate company, Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic.
